Christ! Do they really need the same one week diet as I have? I wish I was as young and fit as the girls in the video. When I was at that age I almost rolled forward. Perhaps I exaggerate a bit, but I’ve always had too many pounds to carry around. Perhaps are you like I was, struggling to lose weight but feel like you are going nowhere? What makes the Swedish Diet stand out is that it is completely drug free, it´s vegan, and a one week diet. In fact, they say that just one capful of the liquid supplement is equal to more than two tables filled with vegetables, as they say.
Your body is loaded with the amino acids, vitamins, and minerals that it so desperately needs when you try losing weight. This is important because it changes your body on a cellular level. It is not just about physically losing weight, it is also about getting healthy. Imagine a diet plan that does not just make you thinner, it makes your hair shine, it gives your skin a glow, and it makes your nails stronger. As I understand these are the changes that come when your body is healed on a metabolic level.
As great as losing weight is, it does nothing to heal the damage that years of toxic buildup have already done to your body. Compared with other weight loss programs I have used I feel that The Swedish Diet program let me keep my energy on a steady high level. I have almost no down periods now-a-days. When I tried it for the first time, my energy levels shot up and I was able to exercise much longer than the 20 minutes that the program advices. So I did lose much more weight than what was stipulated in the program.
If I can stick to the Swedish Diet program after the first week, I know that I can keep the weight off, without any problems, even if I don’t excercise. But it’s easy to cheat and fall back into old habits, only happened to me twice so far. But then I start over again with the one week diet supplements and try to keep away from the sweet stuff.
I find this method very easy to manage compared to the methods I’ve used before. I think it´s because that I don´t get those down periods anymore when it´s easy to fall into bad habits. I can really recommend the Swedish Diet program because it’s a one week diet that I can continue with for many weeks to come, without any problems at all.
